Shipping and Returns Policy


Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of reciept for a full refund, excluding shipping, and any serviced/sharpened items IF reported to our office within 48 hours of receipt of product or service. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. (You received an incorrect or defective item), again the 48 hour notice is required.

There are no returns on Special Orders.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, notify us in the first 48 hours after receipt of the item either by phone at 928-577-4675, and/or by email at George@isharpenshears.com.  We will notify you via email when we have received the return item and again when your refund has been processed.

 

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Some items may be drop shipped directly from the manufacturer, and may not come to you with I sharpen shears displayed on the packaging.  Most orders will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt, pending time of year, weather conditions or other unforeseen events which could impact delivery times
